Anybody got any advice on wine? Differences between red and white, what they're supposed to go with, stuff like that. And how to open a bottle of champagne without everything spilling over.

I know some. My sister ran a club so I kind of learned a lot of it by osmosis.

Alright, I've only ever seen people order beer or whiskey on the rocks.

I don't drink very much, myself. I usually prefer wine or a good martini.

Red wine is heavier and white is lighter. Generally you drink white with a lighter food, and red with a heavier food, such as meat.

As for the champagne, spilling over everything is half the fun.
