[She'd noticed something ... odd ... throughout the day, and felt it was time to put it to the test.]
[And also she wanted to know if she was the only one affected.]
[She's parked at the Death Match, ready for a party either way.]
I know there are a fair bit of you from various ... versions of America, so let me ask you this;
what states are all of you from? Family, friends, what states do you like or not like? [How many reasons can she throw in here for people to list states, hm ...]
Come on, get creative. State facts! Hit me!

[Okay, she's taking another shot, this time on her own accord, because fuck this shit she wants to pass out now.]
this person
unfiltered -- she forgot
[She makes a noise of frustration and knocks her forehead against the bar, trying harder to hold the emotion in.]
What does it even matter.
this person
It matters because you care. That's the only reason it should matter. [Carolina's voice grows a little softer, a bit rougher with emotion.]
unfiltered
[South makes another growl of frustration, pauses and then chokes out a sob. At this point she was too drunk to hold it in and too drunk to care that Carolina was on the other side of the journal. She drags her arms over the counter to cradle her head and breaks completely, at least then it was slightly muffled.]
also unfiltered because alcohol
Where are you right now?
what am filters, again?
Bar. [Because anything more specific was going to require thinking, which she just didn't want to do.]
things you put in your drink obviously
Stay there, I'll be there... [There's the sound of her fiddling with the door. And again.
And again.]
apparently XD
Turn, then push.
[Said with the instinct of someone who's learned from copious amounts of experience having drunken difficulties with doors.]
