042 - Chicken Bone

[It had been a long five months since Edward's been in Paradisa. Having taken time to learn the new layout and get back in touch with some friends, she's now ready to take on her next quest: to meet EVERYONE IN THE CASTLE! There were loooooots of new people, after all. So she's starting at the bottom and working her way up to all of the towers, knocking on each and every door. If there isn't an answer she opens the door and peeks inside with a mischievous grin to see what mysteries may lay within.]

Hello, hello, fellow visitors! Edward wants to meet yooouuuuu!!

[Knocking? Why is there knocking? Nobody would come looking for him.

Durge opens the door with a rather confused expression on his somber face] Yes?

[There's a girl standing on her hands in the hallway outside your door, Durge. She grins up at him, waving with one foot]

[He arches a brow]

Is there an acting troupe in the castle?

[she giggles.]

Edward's not an actor. Edward's a Net Diver. And a coooowboy!

You do now look like a cowboy. Shouldn't you have a gun...or a hat...I never did ask Travis what qualified one as a cowboy... [he strokes his mustache thoughtfully, clearly puzzled]

[She giggles] Not thaaaaat kind of cowboy! A bounty hunter!

Is that so? [Skeptical voice is go]

[jammin_with_ed]

Uuuuuh-huh! Edward helped Spike Jet and Faye-Faye on Bebop! Edward helped catch aaaaaaaall kinds of big bad criminals! [She sounds far too cheerful about this]

Edward's a net diver! Edward's also sneeeeeeeeaky sneaky [She hunkers down into what she thinks is a ferocious stance, primed to frighten any bad guys to the core!]

And! Stinky gas! [She pulls two guns out of nowhere. When she pulls the triggers a yellow gas pours out of the front, filling Durge's room. Having not thought this plan entirely through, she goes into a coughing fit as she gets a whiff of the stuff]

[Durge's eyes go wide from surprise then from the sudden smell. He coughs and darts out of his room into the hallway, shoving Edward away from the noxious smoke as well until they're both clear of it. ]

[jammin_with_ed]

[Edward lets him lead her away, still coughing. When she recovers she smiles sheepishly and tucks the guns away]

That is...[Coughing fit]...quite the concoction indeed.

[she giggles] thank you! Edward made it.

[He waves a hand at the air a little, his eyes watering]

Is that so? Do you make other things of that nature?

[She wipes her own eyes, nodding] Uh-huh. Edward makes lots of stuff.

Did you make it here in the castle?

[jammin_with_ed]

Uh-huh. Edward makes lots of stuff!

[He'd have to let his room air out for awhile anyway :| ]
