oh! i wanted to ask
i was looking at the calendar and apparently there is another holiday the day after christmas
its called boxing day?
whats that about
does it have to do with punching people for sport

and another thing i wanted to ask
i didnt really prepare for christmas in time and i dont have any money
so i had to go against my personal policy of not wishing for stuff in order to get the right presents for everyone
in future id like to avoid that
so id like to get a job in town if possible
how would i go about doing that

The hat is an authentic archaeologist's fedora, just like in Troll Indiana Jones! I found one like this on one of my digs back on Alternia, complete with the lack of horn holes. Do you want to see it?

Oh - we don't, no, not really. There's different regions of the planet with their own stereotypes and all, but everything's united under a single despotic government.

It's surprisingly similar, but there's still significant differences. The human version doesn't have the lengthy blackrom subplot, for instance. Where are you at? I can bring you a copy while I'm at it. [You always keep several copies of the Troll Indiana Jones quadrilogy handy just in case this exact situation should arise.]

I've never had a Toblerone but I just looked them up and I wanna try it.

It's not all that scary, really. There weren't any adults on the homeworld so that was kind of the least of our worries. The Empress lived way off in space. One of my friends would have been her heiress, actually! If not for the whole Sgrub thing.

I don't really know, I never paid a lot of attention to politics. There were still the wild animals and zombies and, um, filial drones to worry about. But there was a lot of propaganda in TV and movies, things like that, and then every so often they'd round up the trolls who were old enough to be conscripted, and you'd never see them again. That was about the extent of it on the planet, as far as I know.

Okay, I thought so, just checking. Well, Bec Noir is his session's iteration of the Archagent, Jack Noir, who stole the Black Queen's ring and through various shenangians got prototyped with Earth's First Guardian, who happens to have been Jade's dog Bec.

Anyway, in their session the Reckoning got triggered way too early, so there was no way for them to win. Instead they had to use a game construct called a Scratch to restart and try again, and when they'd done that Bec Noir appeared in our session and started his rampage.

So anyway, he had gotten his paws on the creepy puppet that Dave's bro had, and while my robot clones were holding him off, he threw it at one of them, and she went back to the Reckoning and threw herself in front of a meteor to get it off, and that meteor went through one of Skaia's defense portals and crashed near my hive a sweep or two before our session started. Past me checked it out, and among the wreckage of my robot self I found the puppet, and in its wallet was this hat!

And that's how an Earth hat found its way to Alternia. [She takes off the hat to fondly regard, then looks to Jane enthusiastically. YOU GOT ALL THAT, RIGHT?]
