Hi. I have this sneaking suspicion that I missed a lot, seeing as it's now January and I think I was kidnapped. So much for my little get together for the new year.

[There's a few metallic clatters here, one of them is drawn out as a ring spins to a slow stop on her desk.]

I also seem to have way more Renaissance-style jewelry than I remember, and that doesn't bode well. Uh, Lucrezia...?

There seems to be a lack of mass confusion, so I'm guessing it was only a few of us that... what? Got stuck in a--I don't even know what that was, really.

Sooooo. Care to fill me in? Anyone? Please tell me I wasn't turned into an old woman or something and just don't remember that.

To an extent. She continues to talk about how we cannot be friends, yet it is also she who continues to seek me out for conversation.

Well, divorce is illegal, and it is a mother's duty to keep her children content.

I am not so sure. If she wants my attention, she will not stop at any cost to get it. We will have to see.
