[The morning after Frodo's arrival, Clem comes back to the castle, just as she said she would. She's excited to hang out with her new friend (because you become friends after helping someone get a bath and food), and knocks on the door before sticking her head in.

She hopes he's not still asleep.]

[That has to be a compliment.] Thanks.

[She'd like to drag Frodo around and show him things, be she's mindful of how tired he is.]

Do you want to go back to the room, now? If you're tired, you can take a nap.

[ Frodo hops off his chair and offers her a helping hand to go down. ]

We can play in the snow with Legolas too when I feel better.

I'd like that. [She takes his hand and hops down, then keeps a hold on it to leave the kitchen and head back upstairs. A careful pace, of course.]

Is he the only person you know from home here that you've found?

[ Frodo will gladly let her hold his hand. He can walk faster now, though it's only now that he realises how terribly sore his legs are from all that climbing. ]

No. There were others. Lord Elrond, host to my dear cousin, the Lady Galadriel and Lord Celeborn. [ All the mighty elves... ]

They sound important.

They are among the wisest and most powerful. It's quite the honour, I must say, to claim them as my companions in the castle.

I bet they don't throw snowballs like Legolas.

I don't suppose so. They might tell grander stories, but none funnier than Legolas'.

Can I meet them sometime? [The room, yay. Clem opens the door.]

They would love to meet you. [ He steps in and walks straight for the bed, climbing up to sit on its side. ]

[She climbs up to join him.]

We'll have to have apples again sometime.

[ Frodo smiles her way. ] We must, or candies.

Or both!

Both and everything else too! [ Mushrooms... ]

Everything else for you, maybe. I can't eat that much.

You must at least try some fresh mushrooms. Even a little of it.

Mushrooms are gross. [NO.]

[ He laughs. ] They are my favourite!

I don't like how they feel. It's weird.

They are pillowy and most wonderful! [ He could write an essay on defense of the mushrooms... ]

But we like what we like. Perhaps I may yet sway you to its charms.

[She quints at him.]

I guess I can try.

[ Frodo smiles. ]

I would ask you to try for me.

[That's not fair.]

I can do that.

Only because I hope it makes you as happy as it does for me.

I won't make a face if I don't like them still.
