I'm sure you've been by the tower in various stages of its completion and I have to apologize if our paths haven't crossed yet. Who knew trying to build a skyscraper in a community that doesn't actually have skyscrapers would result in an entirely new definition of what tall buildings -- [she pauses, realizing she's getting sidetracked with things that don't actually matter.] nevertheless.

We're looking at a ribbon cutting... [Is that what it's going to be? It sounds too small for Tony's standards. Either way...] of sorts sometime in February. There's nothing solid. There's never anything solid, but if you want to move here, rather than being in the castle, I hope you know you're all welcome.

In fact, that's why I'm doing this now, because most of the rooms are finished, but we're still installing electronics and different security protocols, so if you want to come and select a room - then you can put in any requests and it can get added to our very long to-do list.

Or - you could work on it yourself. Just don't let the local union know. To be honest, I'm not even sure they are a union. Either way, just let me know what you've selected -- if you're going to be moving in, that'd be helpful, too -- and... I feel like I'm forgetting something.

I thought I should introduce myself, since I know your daughter has been spending a some time with me and also apologize if you have found small bits of clay embedded in any of Arya's clothing or around your residence.

I'd like to have coffee or tea with you sometime, if that'd be alright. Just so that we can meet in person. You've raised quite an extraordinary young lady. [Well, that sounds better than what she had thought originally.]

It's a pleasure. I'm glad to hear that Arya has made such a strong impression.

She's quite a remarkable girl.

I really enjoy spending time with her. [Pepper wishes she had Arya's energy, but she remembers being her age -- though circumstances were exceptionally different.]

I'm sure you're aware that Tony and I are in the middle of construction on a tower, here in the city. I offered Arya her choice of rooms, because she seemed excited to have one. I know that you're both living in the city, though, and I don't want to disrupt whatever semblance of a home you have here.

However, the offer does stand if you'd like to move in. If you're comfortable where you are, it'll just be a playroom for Arya. [aka: Pepper will spoil her like the good "Aunt" she's meant to be.]

I will consider it, certainly. It is very kind of you and Mister Stark. [Wow, that is strange to say. She needs a bit of time to think this through- and to get to know Pepper, of course. It's sad, but she's not used to generosity without a catch and she's hesitant to accept it from someone she doesn't know.]

I completely understand and I wouldn't want to make you uncomfortable at all. This place does enough of that on its own.

Are you alright if Arya gets a room of her own here? Not to live in, but just for when she comes to visit?

Of course. I see no harm in it and I am glad that others here care for her so much.

As I said, she's very remarkable.

If she ever wants some more space, I'll take you up on it if you'll still have me.

Steve, you're always welcome here. I hope you know that. Even if you have a place there, you can still have a room here. There's going to be plenty of room.
