Room Filter;
[ Arya has a pile of clothes on the floor. One by one, she cuts and rips them. Miraculously, not a single dress has fallen victim. That honor fell upon a grey robe of rough spun wool and a fine page's outfit, which bears on its breast the flayed man of Bolton. The flayed man is the first thing she cuts. ]

Friends;
Who's still here?

Rabbit;
Do you have more of those chocolate eggs?

Frodo;
[ She has the ghosts return his cloak to him. ]

You ought have your cloak back.

Zelos;
[ S'up Zelos. This is a home invasion. And by home invasion I mean she's standing on the sidewalk in front of the house long after night fell. ]

Wake up, stupid!

[Storytime!]

Smaug is a dragon, a Fire Drake. He descended upon Erebor took possession of it and all the treasures within. Dwarves are miners and craftsman so they had a great treasure there within the mountain. Smaug's arrival caused the deaths of many people, both Man and dwarf, and forced the dwarves to flee to survive.

He did but he did not fight alone. The thing to remember is that dragons are extremely strong and smart beasts and Smaug was no exception. His scales were hard and his belly covered in gems but for one spot. All those who could fire a bow were trying to protect Lake-Town. And Bard fired his last arrow at the dragon and it struck him in his one vulnerable spot and he was felled.

His remains and all the gems that covered him are still at the bottom of the lake. None dare attempt to recover them or even to approach where he fell.

When a dragon has been a terror to your people for near a century, there is a fear and dread of anything that remains of him. The place where he fell was considered cursed and better not to meddle in such things for mere gems when life is so much more valuable.

They did, once their mountain was freed of the dragon. Thorin Stonehelm was King Under the Mountain when last I heard.

Oh no, we do nothing to them. They prefer to make their homes in mountains and beneath the ground. They are miners and craftsman, crafting their home within the mountain rather than harvesting materials outside of their realm.

For the most part, yes, they do. They do welcome guests though. I was often a guest to Gimli, son of Gloin and Lord of the Glittering Caves.
