[Pepper hadn't seen the girl in a while, but she didn't want to pry and she really didn't know if this was something to concern Cat with. Pepper might be friends with Arya, but she certainly didn't feel the need to concern her mother just because she hadn't seen her since Christmas. If she'd left the castle, she knew that Cat would want time alone.

I was wondering where you'd been. I'm still here, though it seems a lot of people have been going home. Sam, the man who ran the pie shop where I believe you worked has gone home, but someone new is taking over. [Not that Pepper likes the idea of you working, Arya.]

[ She's smiling on her end. Here's one voice she is extremely glad to hear. At the mention of Sam, she bites her lip. ]

[ She doesn't know if she'll be hired again. Or if her pay will be reduced because she's a child. And she rather liked Sam. She's had it with working for people she hates. ]

Everyone's still keeping busy. I managed to convince Tony to get more sleep, which is always a good thing when we're getting close to the end of a project.

The tower should be done sometime next month. If you'd like, the next time you're over we can pick out your room.

[ It feels like a lifetime since she was last here. Another life, another girl. Some days she had to struggle to remember who she was. She feels like a stranger wearing Arya Stark's face. ]

I've never had a trip back home, but I can guess how disorientating it could be. Though, I'm not sure what it would be like to come back after years. Everyone would be different, more of us would be gone...

I don't think there's any easy way around it being something to get used to.
