 [Danny groans as he wakes up in his own bed.  In the worst pain he's been in since ever.  Being chewed on and knocked around by a giant dragon thing will do that.

He hated fighting dragons.

He gives brief thought to just trying to take care of himself, but the pain coming from his ribs quickly makes him change his mind.  Not to mention the spreading bloodstains he could see.

This sucked so much, but Danny really didn't see much of a choice.  After a couple attempts he manages to snag his journal and open it.]

Um, hello?  Could I get a little help please?  I'd ask for bandaids too, but somehow I don't think that's going to cut it this time.

It isn't too hard once you remember that most of the important stuff is on the first three floors.

Most of the community stuff. The upper floors are mostly peoples rooms.

I see. Like the kitchen? I went in there once.

Yeah. The kitchen and the lobby and the library are all there.

Well, someday I'll have to check them out.

I set up a telescope there some nights. [Also the best place in the castle for brooding dramatically.]

Some interesting things. None of the stars match up to what was in my world, so its all new to me.

Nope, this world seems to have a lot of freakishness thats all its own.

It hasn't seemed that bad to me so far, but I didn't exactly experience what ever you got pulled into.

First time I got pulled into one of those after I arrived? Summer camp. Mandatory summer camp.

Yeah, summer camp. Arts and crafts and campfires and all.

I've never been to one before. It doesn't sound so bad though.

Trust me, they're bad. You spend a week with everyone expecting you to be peppy and full of camp spirit and enthusiastic about participating in wholesome outdoor activities.
