[Well, that had been a week of ridiculousness, and Bunny had learned the rather harsh lesson that he was not as up to fighting as he was back on Earth. He really needed to work on that belief thing here. Maybe even try something for the other Guardians, should they ever show up. If theyw ere to protect the children here, they needed to be on better form than this]

Right. So I'm going to avoid mirrors in this place for a good long while. I hear that sort of thing is regular around here? How regular, exactly?

[she just stares at him] You're really tall. Do you like to pick apples?

Yes, I am. [He chuckles] And if you want some apples, I can pick 'em for you.

Thank you. Captain Malik sometimes picked apples for me. All tall people must love apples.

...Well, I prefer carrots. But I guess apples are ok?

Do carrots help you grow tall, too?

I was always big, but they are good for you.

Can you put carrots in crablettes?

Oh. [a pause] We should grow carrots in the garden.

It would make finding them to eat a lot easier.

I will find seeds. It will be a big and beautiful garden with lots of food and flowers.

I bet the other residents would find that ripper, Sophie.
