[2] 71 Days Until Easter
[Well, that had been a week of ridiculousness, and Bunny had learned the rather harsh lesson that he was not as up to fighting as he was back on Earth. He really needed to work on that belief thing here. Maybe even try something for the other Guardians, should they ever show up. If theyw ere to protect the children here, they needed to be on better form than this]
Right. So I'm going to avoid mirrors in this place for a good long while. I hear that sort of thing is regular around here? How regular, exactly?
[Children]
All of you okay?

It wouldn't surprise me if someone tried. The Peeps would probably keep multiplying, hopefully not while they were on fire.

How were they stopped?

Anyway, the Peeps were nothing. What we suffered for Easter was nowhere near as bad as last October.

...What happened then?

First we had the weekend of nightmares. Then the castle was attacked by a flesh-stealing cat. And finally on Halloween, some of the adults turned into children.
It was a busy month.

I don't even know what to focus on first.

Was there something that looked like a man in them? All dark, like he was made of shadows?
Bunnymund
...In my nightmares? Yes, sometimes, though It preferred a more red-haired look. As for everyone else, I can't say. I wandered into only a few nightmares that were not my own.
Dairine
...Can you remember anything else about him?
Bunnymund
Really? He seems fond of it, though as I understand it That One appears to everyone differently.
I remember all of it. Every single nightmare. It... He used a couple different forms over those [painful] three days.
Dairine
[There's a pause here, he hates letting kids know too much about Pitch. After all belief is power and he doesn't want Pitch growing strong here]
His name is Pitch Black.
Bunnymund
Haven't heard that one before, but then again, I don't profess to know all of Its names.
Dairine
Bunnymund
Who did what now? [She sounds on the verge of laughter. What happened to the Lone Power? Or his minion. Or whatever.]
Re: Bunnymund
He'll be back eventually. We never get rid of him forever.
Bunnymund
[But how you know which hands are wrong? Dairine's voice is more somber. As much as Pitch probably deserved it, she isn't comfortable with his fate. It seemed... cruel. And despite her fights against the Lone Power, she still pitied It.]
[Which was probably why It wanted her dead.]
Of course he will. That's the way things must be, annoying as it is. [Otherwise, he would have no chance to redeem himself.]
Dairine
[Bunny was never one to give Pitch the benefit of the doubt. The slaughter of his race jaded him against Pitch for good. Katherine, now she was the one who could hope for better from him, and she brought the others to that conclusion. Bunny was always less convinced]
We're not lucky enough for it to be any other way.
Bunnymund
Eh, I don't believe in luck much anyway.
