More the former than the latter. My problem with philosophy is it's up to people's thoughts and whims, versus thorough research. Our reality is often shaped by our perception. Our perception is influenced by our cognitive biases, emotions, and physiological symptoms. Philosophy is shaped by our perception, so you can see how quickly it can get messy.

Except the two women in question are a) his ex who had an extremely complicated history with and b)Lucrezia Borgias. Most guys would be terrified to be within 10 feet of her.]
