Skit 6: Far from home

This is a long time to be gone from Lhant. When we were all traveling together, it didn't seem so bad. But now it's just me... I know that they won't worry because I'll go back, but I miss them a lot.

I wonder what they would think of this place? Should I want them to come, or be happy they're home where they belong?

She was sick when she was a child. Asbel was always worried about her. But she got better when she grew up, and now she uses her powers to help other sick people.

[Rise's been "alone" here since she arrived. She's used to traveling around a lot, but still. She misses her friends back home too.]

But I think they'd understand that you miss them and just want to be together again. Does it really matter if it's here or back home?

We tried to help the people trapped in the mirror, but it didn't work.

People here worry too much about what they should be wanting. It doesn't really matter, when you have no control over who shows up and who leaves. So there's no reason to feel guilty for wanting people you love to be with you.

All you really need to ask yourself is if they would want to be at your side.

Then you shouldn't feel guilty for wanting the same thing they would. Guilt is a waste of time, at any rate. All it does is hold people back.
