[So, today the Once-ler is dictating into his journal with far more cheer than he usually displays. Even more strangely, he's not doing it from his room, rather, he's sitting in the lobby, tuning his guitar]

So, have you guys ever experienced massive gaps in your memory? Is that a thing that happens here? Because I woke up to all these boards over my windows and a dark and miserable room, and noooo idea how that happened. Seriously, it was like someone died in there. There's also this really weird suit in my closet. It's pretty fancy guys, but where would I even wear a thing like that?

So, Zelos what the heck happened last night? My memory's kinda fuzzy after going into Insolitus. Is that what Insolitus does? Just gives you some weird selective amnesia? I think I vaguely remember you and the weird accent guy chanting something about spring?

[There are a couple more twangs on the guitar]

Anyway, that weirdness aside, I was thinking of checking out the town today. Maybe this time I can get a buyer, you know? I'm pretty sure I've got the right jingle this time.
