[Now that she's properly clothed and knows that this is, in fact, not the carnival as she'd originally thought, Sunny wants to explore. She's mostly been in town since she's arrived and hasn't had much of a chance to look around the castle, yet. She's thrilled to be with her sister and happy to be able to spend time with her in happier times without the threat of a horribly disguised villain swooping into their lives to ruin them but sometimes a baby has to step out on her own and take a look around.

She's made it as far as the lobby.

It took her a while to get there and now that she's there she can't resist the allure of all of the hard objects around the room just DYING to be chewed on. She grins, knowing JUST what she's going to spend her afternoon doing.]

Bite! [Which, of course, translates to "There are so many wonderful things in this castle for me to bite! Where should I start?"]

((OOC: Open! Sunny will be found in the lobby for a good part of the afternoon chewing on tables, statues, benches, the stair banister... anything solid that most people wouldn't even dream of chewing on, really.))

[Chell laughs and plops down on the floor next to the table Sunny's playing beaver on, and digs a package of M&Ms out of her pocket. Carefully she sets the package between them.]

"Want some? I'll share."

[Sunny looks over at the candy and up at the girl before smiling and nodding]

Nomelt [which translates to "I would like some, thank you."

[Grinning, Chell pours half the package into her hand, and leaves the other half for Sunny. She even makes the halves as equal as she can, sliding a few extra back into Sunny's package when she feels she's got too many.]

You're welcome. I like these pretty well. Though cookies are always better... And cake.

[Sunny gladly takes the package and reaches in to take a chocolate. She smiles before popping it into her mouth.]

Dunhines [Which roughly translates to "I enjoy cake, too. Especially coconut cake."]

[Huh. What she'd just said...sounded like Duncan Hines. Like the cake mix....Hmm...]

Are you saying you like cake too?

[She nods. Hey, she gets it!]

Fimartafive [Which obviously means "Yes, of course I do!"]

[Chell doesn't get that one. Heh. But hey, meeting a cake lover is always good.]

I'm always glad to meet someone who loves cake. Pity I don't know how to make it.

[Sunny's face brightens significantly and she points to herself]

medo! [Or rather "I know how to bake cakes. I can make all kinds of things!"]

Can you teach me?

[Because she'd understood that one.]

[Her smile widens and she nods excitedly]

Okay! [Which roughly translates to "Okay!"]

[Chell's grinning now.]

You're absolutely awesome. Who taught you to make cake?"

[Not a single doubt in her head a little bitty kid can make cake. Not at all.]

[Sunny's smile widens at the compliment. Oh Chell you're so very nice. She likes you. She points to herself]

divniduali. [which roughly translates to "I taught myself, with the help of some cook books of course."]

[Chell doesn't understand the words but she does get the gesture.]

You taught yourself? That's amazing! What all goes in cake?

[She's trying to learn Sunnyese actually as well as making cake. She wants to understand.]

[She could explain it but it's unlikely that Chell would understand her. Instead she stands up and points in the general direction of the kitchen.]

Wego. [or rather "Let's go to the kitchen and I'll help you make one."]

[Chell grins and nods and then follows Sunny.]

That seems a good idea.

[Of course it's a good idea, Chell! She smiles as she totters along, making her way towards the kitchen.]

Oeuf. [or rather "We'll need sugar, flower, eggs, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, espresso powder, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, water, butter, confectioner’s sugar and milk."]

[Chell doesn't understand what Sunny just said. But she's all ears and eyes.]

[It's not long before they reach the kitchen. Sunny walks over to the fridge, reaching up to wrestle the door open]

[Chell was watching Sunny, so when she wrestled the door open, Chell did the friendly thing and held it open for her so it didn't fly back and bonk her in the head. Nothing worse than having a refrigerator door nearly close on you.]

[Chell said, her eyes alight.]

[OOC: OMFG that cake. Oh oh oh I WANT! I bookmarked this and entirely plan on making it because just reading the description made me want to eat my laptop.]

[she grins up at her friend as she starts to pull the ingredients out of the fridge. She carries them over to the table and pushes them up before pushing a chair over to the counter. She pulls herself up onto it and up onto the counter so she can retrieve the remaining ingredients.]
