[Maladict is distinctly unimpressed about being locked in a room. Okay, so being locked in a room with Tesla does make it marginally more bearable, but that's besides the point. She would very much prefer to deal with her romantic pursuits in her own way, thank you very much.
So, she's currently lying on the stupid, ugly heart shaped bed, seeing how far she can launch candy hearts across the room. Her journal is open beside her, to capture her annoyed tone]
Call me crazy, but I think this place is getting less and less subtle every year. It's a little disconcerting, to be honest. Having a building this invested in getting me laid.

[Hey, he was happy to be with Maladict, but not very happy that he is, once again, trapped. Really, castle? Really? No free reign or anything?]
But then again, nobody knows how this idiotic castle works, so if somebody tells me it runs on "romantic energy", then I'll just throw my hands and accept it as true because, really, I don't know anymore.

[She snorts, still throwing the little hearts, oh hey, that one almost his the door!]
But it only does this sort of thing around Christmas and the Candy Heart holiday. The rest of the year it seems content in trying to murder us.
...Maybe it's a dominatrix castle. [Then, a siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh because she's out of candy hearts to throw. They're probably all over the floor at this point. Mess EVERYWHERE]
I'm bored.

[A glance at the mess and he just lets out a sigh, too lazy to go clean it up.]
Like I couldn't tell that, based on what you've been doing for the last several hours.

I don't do well in enclosed spaces, I need things to do. [After all, Maladict is someone who's diet consists largely of caffeine, that leads up to a lot more excess energy than is strictly healthy for any creature]
Maybe I can see if I can stick all the furniture to the ceiling...

[He rubs his eyes with a hand, cursing the forces that made him stuck here. What did he ever do to deserve such a fate- ooookay, many things, actually. Never mind.]
Preach to the choir. I don't even have my book of notes or anything. And what can I invent with stupid heart-shaped pillows and roses, for crying out loud? Yeah. Sure! Go ahead, stick all the furniture to the ceiling. It's better than what I'm doing now. Which is nothing.

You know, I think I will.
[And with that, she picks up the stupid ugly pink futon, slings it over her shoulder and takes a leisurely stroll up the wall and onto the ceiling, where she stops]
We're going to need some very strong glue. There you go. You can invent that.

Well, we have plenty of that, at least.
[Yeah, give the vampires chocolate, Paradisa. Great incentive there]

[He opens a nearby box, frowning at its interior. He never will eat a single piece of candy after this.]
I could use the candle to heat them, actually. Or maybe just use the melted wax instead of the chocolate. Which do you want, tasty glue or glue that could actually stick?
