AROUND THE SHIP

[Mingle around, try to work out where the heck you are, catch up with others. It's a typical spaceship, lots of metal and pipework. Exactly what you'd expect from a 90s space movie a spaceship]

[Maladict is wandering around, looking distinctly unhappy. She hates it when the castle throws her this far out of her comfort zone. Nothing here makes ANY sense]

[Wandering the halls, looking for anything that might resemble an armor bay or weapons room - anywhere she might find her suddenly missing armor - is a 6'10" Spartan. Short brown hair is drawn back in a tight ponytail, and her body - muscled, though lean by most Spartan standards - is mottled all over with pink remnants of burn scars. ]

[She wears basic UNSC drabs, the shirt an olive-green with a black Eagle ensignia on the back, Kelly-087 stenciled on her chest.]

[Rise was starting to get used to waking up in strange places. But this one's really eerie... not like the others since she's been at Paradisa.

Still, she's only mildly freaked out as she wanders the halls and tries to figure out what the heck is going on. At least she's herself this time. ... As far as she knows...]

[He stays close to the walls, a hand skimming over it. It was still hard to breathe and he hated how closed in everything was]

[ Is there some small room off to the side? A bedroom? Storage closet? Well whatever it is, Joshua's hiding out there until he realizes there will be no 'noise' to bother him.

So clearly somethingone else should bother him. ]

[Despite being up in space again, Gold is wandering around looking awfully

[Weirdness of waking up somewhere new aside, the setting is almost like home for Gren. No matter where they are and what's happening, everybody needs to eat. He won't deny that he's uneasy, but there isn't much he can do about it right this second.

Accordingly, Gren can be found raiding the kitchen.]

[Katniss had woken up - disorientated - as if she had been in the hospital again. When she found out where she was -- she let out a curse and immediately went for her weapons.

Paranoid? Always. Now she was prowling the halls, her bow in her grip and her grey eyes narrowed suspiciously.]

THE CONTROL ROOM

[This is the control room of the ship. Screens inside tell you that it's the year 2047, and you are aboard the Lewis and Clark, sent to respond to the distress beacon from the Event Horizon: a scientific vessel you are docked beside. The Event Horizon, the screens tell you, has a Gravity Core at it's heart, a device which, if activated, can create a black hole. Amid the many screens, one sentence keeps appearing, again and again:

[ Frodo dislikes stone walls, things that do not grow, but metal feels worse somehow. Even less alive, colder. He has a grim frown on his face as he stares up at the one screen with the writing. It sounds beautiful in his head, the way he pronounces the words in his mind as he knows it, but eerie. ]

[Saying that Adam didn't like this was like saying that the sky was blue or that water was wet. He found that it was hard to breathe and that his heart was beating far too fast. He shook as he half stumbled through a door and made a beeline for the nearest chair, setting down heavily]

[Dairine wanders through the control room, resisting the urge to run straight to the captain's chair. Instead she looks at the screens for clues to their new location. She stops when she reaches the one about the Gravity Core. As she reads, she looks more and more concerned as her face pales.]

Who the heck would build something like that?!

[When Jane woke up on the ship, it's safe to say that she did panic a little. But the screens are very interesting, and she's found herself in the control room, reading up on as much as she possibly can. The Latin sentence doesn't have to keep popping up, thanks, she can only infer so much from root words.]

This is crazy...what on earth could we do on a ship we can't operate? How are we supposed to help anybody? And who in their right mind puts something that can create a black hole in a spaceship? Geez louise...

A gravity core? Hmmm.

[Tesla can't help it- the scientist in him is intrigued like nothing else, and his eyes flit over the screens, trying to gather as much information as possible.]

Creating black holes? I wonder how they managed that...

[ After learning that 'noise' will not be an issue here (the only pleasant side-effect to losing his powers), Joshua has wandered, his curiosity regarding the situation taking over. He's found the clinic already and confiscated a pair of scissors and a scalpel.

And the scissors are at least put to use as soon as he stops to read what's on one of the screens, the scissors smashing down through the glass. Well, that's at least one computer screen that has met the end of it's life. Maybe if he just makes this ship explode, they'll all be revived on the other one. ]

I'll show you Hell.

[ Someone stop him before he destroys all of the screens? At least one has to make it! ]

[Phoebe's sitting in one of the control seats, looking through the screens to figure out as much as she can about where they are and what's going on. she sighs]

Ugh. Times like this make me wish I could still read Latin...

Never even think it can't get worse. Because it's fucking inevitable, it does.

And that sentence looks ominous.

[Okay, this whole room? Just a little on the creepy side. Thanks, mysterious Latin phrases! Did you really have to pop up everywhere she looked? Whatever, she can't make heads or tails of it anyway (but really, anything that says "inferis" over and over again can't be good news). Time to focus on something el-oh, hey, what does that screen say?]

Event Horizon, huh? [Scratches the back of her head as she looks for any other info on it] I wonder if anyone from the castle is stuck there...

THE DOORS

[The big metal doors linking this ship to the Event Horizon. Passing through a tube between the ships, the doors on the other side are locked shut and there seems to be no way of opening them. They're made up of many small cogs but the lock itself is not letting anyone through]

[Hermione isn't too familiar with spaceships or technology, so she is examining the doors with interest. She taps them with her wand with no result. She opens her bag but there's nothing inside]

Hmm. What to do...

[ Duke is just carefully running his hands over everything about this door. Trying to figure out how its all put together and if there is a way to get it open. It will take him a while to actually find the lock, so maybe he's just... mapping it. Who knows, but he's going to be here for a while. ]

[Carolina makes a beeline for the door as soon as she realizes they're there. She furrows her eyebrows at the barrier before pressing her lips into a thin line. There has to be a way to get these open.]

STASIS

[A room filled with blue stasis pods. Inside, you may recognise one of your friends. There seems to be no way of releasing or awakening them, best leave them be]

[She finds this room first, touching on the glass of one of said pods, wondering why she wasn't here instead.]
