Right. And that's precisely why we had the better strategies that let us take the Quidditch victory yesterday.

I hardly saw a Ravenclaw who is disappointed at the loss. They all took it well. Perhaps we only care for the thrill of the game and leave the burden of another bout to another house.

You're talkin' like you were on the team yourself.

[He scoffed, getting up from his chair with his drink and wandered over, dropping himself in the booth seat across from her. Was he invited to share a table with her? No? Ask him if he cares. Weiss'll look up from under Pixy's former table before trotting after Pixy, then crawling under the booth table and yapping once at Mitsuru.]

You don't seem like the sort that'd care about a game like that anyway.

You're correct, I don't. I only went to the game out of obligation.

However, you did well for a sport you have never played. I should have known you'd be interested in athletic events such as Quidditch.

I'm not interested in 'em, and especially not in a game on brooms. [Because that was just stupid.]

But the castle obviously picked the right guy for the game, so there was no point in tryin' to get out of it. It's not like it was difficult anyway.

[Except learning to ride that thing was kind of a pain, but he won't tell her that. Especially since he skipped several classes for it. Especially Muggle Studies.]

I see. I wonder if we could wish for those broomsticks in Paradisa. It would be the closest thing you could have to flying.

I think I'll stick to the flight sims. I already had to swallow some of my pride to get consider getting on that broomstick. It's not gonna be somethin' I plan on taking up entirely.

[At least the castle had the decency to put it in his personal aircraft colors.]
