paradisa | (no subject)

[What ho Paradisa. If you are the lobby now, you might find a somewhat unusual sight: three kids - well, two kids and one young teenager, really, the teenager conspicuously naked and sprawled out on one of the lobby couches. The teenager has long blue hair and is filthy. The kids are relatively clean, one of them - the older boy - graced with a crown of pale blond hair, the other a smaller little girl wearing a traditional robe and black pigtails. There's a journal nearby of course, and it picks up a voice which might sound a bit familiar:]

Hey... person! Hey! How come you're naked?

[Then the younger boy:] Because he's got no clothes, stupid.

I'm not stupid! [That seems to rile the little girl up; she gives the boy next to her a push.

It looks like this minor ruckus is enough to wake the third boy anyhow.] Whuh...?

[and Ray will scurry off to his room, coming back a short while later with some bolt cutters --- and a shaggy sheepdog who didn't have the sense or desire to stay put in his room like his master wanted him to. he bounds up to the three kids, woofing happily]

Blue, no. Don't -- get back, Blue, come on, give 'em a break ...

Ahhh, your dog is big! [She stumbles backwards when Blue comes up to her and tries to pet his head at the same time as he's shoving his nose in her face. It's a little hard.]

[Zelman was a little on-edge until he noticed that the weird animal bounding towards them is completely harmless.]

That's a dog? [it looks more like a mop.]

[yeah no, you guys have fun with the dog. he's just gonna... clamber to his feet and shuffle back a ways, glaring at it a little.

not an animal person, apparently.]

Yeah, this is Blue -- [Ray finally catches up with him and grabs him by the collar, silently wishing up his leash so he can clip it on. winding the bulk of the lead around his hand, he reins him in] -- don't worry, he's a big softie. He's just really excited about meeting new people. Lemme -- lemme just clip his leash to the railing over there so he'll stay out of the way and we'll see about getting those chains off ...

[Rin shifts over to let Blue slobber all over her hand, though she still turns around to watch Ray get to work. Her eyes are very wide!]

[did that guy just... where did that leash come from. D:

he scurries up onto the couch, a couple of feet away from where Legato is, because that seems both safest and advantageous.]

[good, maybe if the dog gets loose it will eat the boy before it gets to him.

But hey, talk of getting his chains off pulls attention back to Ray. Quietly waiting to comply however he's needed to get the things off of him]
