[To the cat:] I don't know why you've started acting like this. You were... surprisingly agreeable to co-habitat with until recently. [When Brennan started spending more and more time in the Peace Patrol laboratory again.]

As reluctant as I am to ask for it, I know there are a number of pet owners here in the Castle. I... admit, I could use... some assistance at the moment.

I can understand that. I mean, I try not to unless I really do need it and they don't have it down in town - some of the parts I need for my equipment are pretty hard to find.

Have you tried the TARDIS for those parts? Ms. Baudelaire speaks highly of the assemblage within the craft.
