Regardless of your guess, there’s a louder rustling as she finally sits up, pillow balancing on her head. She glares at the offending curtains, which are oh-so-innocently pulled back, letting cheery beams of sunlight into the room.

...Wait. This is not her room. Although it is undoubtedly lavish, it is still not her room. In one quick movement, she throws back the sheets and hops down to the floor. Trotting over to the window, she peers out and, yup. This isn’t Canterlot either.

I work at the animal shelter, taking care of a particular kind of animal there. It's hard work, but it's worth it! [it's hard to tell if that really is his pride swelling or if he's trying to flirt...]
