So, this isn't the Arena and I'm sure I didn't get hit hard enough to make something like this up. Though it could be morphling...

[There is a pause while Johanna does a few tests.]

NOPE! Don't think it's that. So, who on here wants to tell me what’s happening? I get that I’m in a castle thing for some odd reason, and someone dropped this device on me, but that’s it.

Oh, and there are some strange things walking around here too. [Laughs.] Not like I’m normal, but a talking horse? That's not even something I'd make up on drugs.

But hey, if any of you things want to talk to me, I’m all ears. Just don’t be annoying. I don’t need to hear your life story to get the idea of what’s going on here.

Oh, and I’m Johanna Mason. Anyone out there familiar?

[Johanna was about to make a smart ass comment back, but the guy came with her food. She smiled for him, but starting eating right away. GOD it tasted good!]

Been a while since you had a good meal in you, huh? [Obviously, they weren't giving first class catering in the Arena]

[Johanna just answers him with a middle fingers as she eats. She's not trying to barf the food up, so it's not exactly shoveling the food into her mouth, but she COULD eat slower. Also have more manners, but yeah that's not happened. She's always not going to be talking while she eats. Hey, At lest you don't have to make small chat since she can't answer.]

[That's good, he'll settle to the business of getting good and drunk then]

[She's going to watch him as he does. It takes her a while to stop eating long enough to talk, but she did notice the change in how he drinks.]

Since when did you stop drinking out of the bottle?

[He looks down at his glass with a frown]

Since I came to a magical castle that's screwed with my ability to drink.

Did a lot of people die when you figured that out?

[Grins] Even I wouldn't take your drinks away, Haymitch. That is a death wish.

That stinks. [stinks? REALLY?!] Well, I guess I'll figure it out eventually.

[He kind of side-eyes her at the 'stinks' comment, but maybe she's been thrown off, what with appearing in a magical world and all]

[Johanna stretches out in the chair.] Wow I'm tired. Are these rooms on the map really safe?

Sure, you'll have your own, and aside from ghosts occasionally trying to clean it, they're pretty secure.
