Is there any way to damper a man's libido (excluding saltpeter)? Is it a medical condition for a man to be in a perpetual state of arousal? A doctor's input would be especially valuable for this situation, but suggestions are welcome.

He is very good at it! But it must have been... oh, at least fifteen times today, altogether. Probably more. There is always a point at which chafing and soreness become an issue. Regardless of skill.
