Craig's-list, it is a website where people can post anonymous advertisements for different things. Including ads for sex with strangers. That area of the website is populated by prostitutes and serial killers.

I want to start the vineyard, but it's still not exciting, it's still not a purpose. It doesn't compare to what I'd be doing back in Italia. What I have yet to do.

Yes. I did work for the Medici family, and I helped Leonardo in his workshop, I gambled and engaged in racing. The most boring thing I did was I collect paintings, but that is stupid in a place where I could just wish for them.

Yes, but they are jobs killing people and being someone's assistant. I only do that for Leonardo because we are good friends.

What else could I do? Offer myself up as a professional beater of cheating men? There would be exactly two people in the castle who would hire me, you and that other married woman, and as far as I know, neither of you have cause to do that. In the city... I don't know.

Is it really so terrible to pass my time engaging in something pleasurable?
