[the day of the party has arrived!

right around dinnertime, fairies will try to round up every single character and gesture, lead, or pull them towards the courtyard. there, the miniature castle has finally been completed! there are fairy lights and beautiful singing all around you, and it looks like there's some kind of a party going on in the castle, but...

...but it's still so tiny. how could you possibly get in there? it would be hard just to get your hand through the front door!

but the fairies will persist, and as soon as a character steps into the fairy ring...

they find themselves in the ballroom.

[But nothing like that has ever stopped Molotov from drinking before, so when one of those weird animal waiters circles through the garden, she grabs some more glasses of that super great wine.]

No, so you wake up in the morning and do not remember what I know.

[And down goes one of those glasses.]

[She is a little offended in that drunken, dramatic way.]

Good thing this is just a masquerade and we will be ourselves again come dawn.

If we are not ourselves, then who are we?

There will be no consequences to tonight. Everyone is drunk, we are in costume, in masks... you could go to bed with your worst enemy or your best friend and it could never be proven that it was them you slept with, so nothing will change.

[molotov]

But you would know.

[assassino]

I could guess. That does not mean I would be right. Masked, in the darkness, with few words exchanged... you could sleep with almost anyone and not know the truth.

[molotov]

Nyet, no, that is not what I mean. I mean that you would know what you have done.

[She emphasizes this by gently poking his chest.]
