Paradisa Sinfonia Post #01 - (Un)Sight(ly)-reading

[Today, in a remote corner of the music room, there is a large, beautiful couch, a couple of very comfy chairs, a few random instruments (a large grand piano and a harp being the centerpiece), and a couple of small tables adorned with decorative trays of little finger foods.

Edgeworth didn't expect more than two people to show up... but, alas. It seemed as though there were more people interested in music than he had imagined. He had expected a small gathering for a titillating discussion of music, but it ended up with musicians and non-musicians alike tinkering with random instruments and/or scarfing away at the (limited) food.

So, he thought he'd try something. A sight-reading test! Why not gauge everyone's starting point? He wishes up scores of the well-known song, Thus Spake Zarathustra, handing it to everyone who happened to have an instrument in hand. With lack of a conductor, he approached the podium and tapped the baton, waving it in the air to signify "start".

Custom ear plugs you mean?

Ear plugs may drown out sound altogether. Might I suggest headphones?

in which I assume the castle's internet works like regular internet, only with fewer spoilers

If made correctly, the earplugs do not drown out sound entirely. Castlenet has informed me that in some worlds that it is quite common for bands that play professionally to wear these to help prevent hearing loss.

[And while Dhaos is fairly sure something like this won't make him go deaf, he's rather attached to his exceptional hearing.]

I have somewhat of an idea, although I am uncertain if it would be more effective to request the mold of the castle first, or simply trust it to know the shape of my ear canals.

...If the Castle has the ability to reach into the very depths of our psyche in order to extrude our innermost thoughts and memories, I am fairly certain it should know your ear canals...
