Like old times, isn't it? (Except without a phone or computer.) I don't think I've ever written you a letter before! In fact, I never thought about it much until Pharos came back a few days ago. You know you were here in the past? I guess not... sometimes I wonder if maybe you're out there in this world somewhere.

It's kind of a scary thought, to be honest.

Oh! I don't want to make this letter too long. I just needed to say I'm sorry for not writing sooner when I got back here. Also... I wish I could share my memories of this place with you and everyone at home. I really hope someday I can. You won't notice I'm gone, but I'm sorry anyway for getting distracted by this place. There are also I have precious friends here and wanted to catch up with them. I know you'll understand. I still have a lot I want to do here.

I'm going to be away for a while again, but I promise I'll come back soon. Okay? And when I am back, I'm going to tell you everything about Paradisa.

[A little laugh] It is quite likely they think me strange already, for one.

Really? Why? [ Yeah, why would they think the psychic elf is strange?! ]

If anything, I've always felt I'm the strange one here...

[She just gives Uru a look.] You really need ask?

But everyone comes from some sort of world where fighting or having powers is just... normal? [ The weird is the norm here.

Nonetheless, you must admit, I am rather conspicuous.

[She chuckles] What a kind way to say it.

My world is probably weird to you, huh?

It seems so, yes. As I am sure mine seems to you.

You know, I never asked... are there places in your world even you haven't seen yet? [ Or does the whole thousands of years of living mean she's been everywhere. ]

There are. The world is a wide place, after all.

Which places?

Oh, several. Of late, I have heard much of the Shire.

[amiable]

The Shire? Where's that?

[inafadingcrown]

It is West of Lórien, past the Misty Mountains- though that will mean little to you, I'm sure.

[amiable]

[ That blank expression on her face says yes. ]

Maybe if I had a map...

I may have one. Would you wish me to find it?

You actually have a map? [ She nods however, genuinely curious. ]

I have told you I keep books of my world, have I not? [She rises and walks over to a bookshelf, running her fingers over titles until she finds what she's looking for. She walks back over, sets the book down, flips to the map...and laughs.]

I had not realized. Perhaps I should say I have not been to the Shire when it has been called such.

[amiable]

[ Don't mind her gaping at this map. ]

It's more like a piece of art than a map!
