[hmm] I suppose food is much more interesting than philosophy, in any case.

[she looks around, wondering how to pay for this when a bowl of ramen with plenty of veggies is slid in front of her. The cook smiles and goes back to work; looks like this is her 'usual' in this particular reality.

After a slightly bemused murmur of 'thanks,' she takes a cautious sniff and an even more careful bite. Aaand then she fully sticks her muzzle in the bowl and starts chowing down.



Looks like the phrase 'as hungry as a horse' isn't entirely unfounded.]

[Ammy observes with particular joy at the whole scene. And can't help but smile smugly at how Luna seems to like her dish.]

[food doesn't particularly motivate her, but this is new and delicious.

Eating faster than any well-mannered princess should, she's already tilting the bowl back to get the last dredges of the soup.

She licks her chops contently.] I do believe I understand thy enthusiasm.

[though she might have enough royal dignity to not order another]

It tastes like a bit of home, you know? This place isn't Nippon, but it's very alike it. [Finishes her own plate, surprisingly doesn't seem to get another.] I wouldn't be surprised if I found other stuff alike.

[not quite sure if she should continue this particular vein in the conversation, but other responses seemed inadequate.]

Huh, I dunno, cherry cakes maybe! [She doesn't seem too sad about it though!]

[oh right. Not everywolf is as prone to pessimism as she is. Good, good.

An arched look.] Cherry cakes? After all that? [a nod at Ammy's stack of plates]

You say that because you don't know what they taste like! Besides, there is always space for dessert. Mrs. Orange made the very best though.

Oh! No, no, no. I think you're confusing it with the fruit! I meant cheery blossoms! [ what teasing Luna, this is serious! ]

The blossoms? [hmm] I have naught against them, I must admit; 'tis a rather delicate taste.

They are also very small cakes made of rice. Not like the ones you get in your birthday. I bet you can eat one or two.

Tell you something, if we don't find some here I'll wish some for you when we get back. I do it all the time.
