He is a lively and intelligent little kid.

Yes; Twilight Sparkle hatched him, but the responsibility of caring for a baby dragon fell 'pon somepony else, for she was but a filly when the event occurred.

[solemn now] He is mature beyond his years and I can only hope his kindness will remain unchanged for all his long life.

From the short amount of time I've spent with him, I can see that he is good to his core. And it seems that your land is peaceful, as well. I could hope for no better guarantee that he will grow up strong and well-intentioned.
