DAY ONE OPEN POST

How about you spend some time looking around?]
[ ACADEMY | 44TH TRAINING GROUND | HOKAGE MONUMENT | ICHIRAKU RAMEN | KONOHA HOT SPRINGS | YAMANAKA FLOWER SHOP
For more information on the village and its locations, check out Narutopedia, or feel free to PM/IM (terraqueous orb)/Plurk (chomesuke) me for questions! There will be no plot NPCs in this post (other than Ino, I guess, but she's not really an NPC), but feel free to NPC any town people you want/need, civilian or ninja. ]

[He thinks he knows who Wheatley's talking about.]
What is it you have, Wheatley? Just get to the point.
no subject
The blueprints... the lab reports. Th-the...the progress.
I was going to pick it up later. Make it work, maybe. Progress for-for science!
[He sounds a little enthusiastic.]
Though it's hard to do that when you're on some hypothetical 'threat list' and you're living in the same house with the one person who isn't supposed to know.
[He paused a bit, biting his knuckle in thought.]
Thi-this doesn't make me a bad person, dozzit?
no subject
[He laughs at that last part. No, Wheatley, the things Hank has done and is going to continue doing makes you a bad person.]
Not at all. Who's list, anyway? No wait, let me guess: a certain defunct group of upstarts.
no subject
[And he wonder's why...?]
You bet.
Still working on that list by the way, if you still want it.
no subject
...you wouldn't mean that Arthas person would you? The one with sword?
no subject
Though that's something I suppose I should look at too.
What they use. Probably useful.
[They'd be almost at the wall by now...]
Dhaos. That-that's it. Dhaos.
Sorry. Not very good with names. Spend most of my time calling everyone 'mate' or 'love.'
Have you heard of him?
Not much of a talker but he sure can get in your way.
[He chuckles.]
no subject
Can't say that I have.
no subject
[He smiles. You neeeeeed a genius like him around clearly.][Wheatley looks over to a few guards not too far away, gesturing towards them subtly.]
Uhhh, probably not a good idea to stay here. Maybe we should go somewhere else along the wall. They'll see us for sure if we do it here...
no subject
Agreed.
Now, how is it a problem?
no subject
[Wheatley pivots his step, turning in the direction away from those guards.]
B-but on the bright side! I'll help you with that anyway so I suppose it's not really actually a problem.
Friends help other friends like that.
[And so he's said it!]
no subject
As do I.
I appreciate you're cooperation.
no subject
[He laughed, moving closer to the wall.]
no subject
[He looks up at the top.]
You won't have much time to get away. They'll probably notice.
no subject
Unless that's how you speak to... y-you know, everyone.
Then I suppose that's different. Normal.
[He looks up too.]
Have you done this before? You seem to know timing so well.
[He says it with a laugh.]
no subject
[He runs a hand through his hair, thoughtfully.]
I could also distract them. Can't catch two people at once.
no subject
[He nods a few times, pointing at Hank.]
S-so I just... climb this wall?
[Hank stop that. Look at those stick arms.]
no subject
[At this point, Hank is will just grab Wheatley and float to the top of the wall.]
computer stopped working for a bit. x_x
What are you doing. Hank. Stop. Stop it.
It was in a comical fashion that Wheatley suddenly clung onto Hank like an endangered cat.
His eyes became saucers as he he was raised off the ground.
He was used to heights from his past on a management rail, but THIS was not what he was expecting.
Here's the thing:
FRIENDS USUALLY WARN FRIENDS BEFORE THEY DO THINGS LIKE THAT.
He was stunned silent. He couldn't actually scream because of the Ninjas around, but he was having a mild freak out, to put it lightly.]
...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
50 bux it was from sandy
The second they reach the top, Hank growls and pries Wheatley off of him.]
When you hit the ground, get moving. No doubt they've already noticed.
no subject
Wheatley lets go, instead finding himself staring down.]
H-hit the ground?
[Oh god... that was a long way down... even for a ninja.]
Bit of a long way down...d-don't you think?
no subject
Nonsense, you'll be fine.
[Maybe?]
no subject
[He looks down again. For some reason he can't imagine this outcome being anything other than painful.]
no subject
[...or he could drop him off and fly right back over in, like, two seconds.]
no subject
[He nods a few times, trying to convince himself more than Hank.]
W-well... can't you just... place me there?
no subject
... I suppose I could.
