Frodo;
[ She has the ghosts return his cloak to him. ]

Zelos;
[ S'up Zelos. This is a home invasion. And by home invasion I mean she's standing on the sidewalk in front of the house long after night fell. ]

[And he goes to gather his pile together. Might as well finish the job.]

[wolfchild]

Give them all here.

[fantasies]

You don't want help with it?

[wolfchild]

[He shoves his pile toward her.]

[ She has half a mind to find oil and a candle to light it all on fire. A gift to the Red God. She settles for throwing them all away. ]

[He watches, scooting back and reaching for his book again.]

I don't know. What are you reading?

[fantasies]

This? [He holds it up so she can see the cover.] It's a story about people who live underground.

[wolfchild]

[fantasies]

[He squints at the page.]

I don't think they can live above ground anymore. I don't know, I'm not that far yet.

[wolfchild]

What do you know?

[fantasies]

I know that they live underground, and that the power keeps going out. [He flips pages back to the beginning.] And there's a box that was really important but got lost. I don't know what was in it yet, though.

[wolfchild]

Tell me when you do. [ She gets up to go into her room. ]
