paradisa | ❀ Episode 03 ❀ [Dictated / Action]

[Rise wakes up in what feels like familiar surroundings, but doesn't look quite right. It's like she's on a huge fluffy cushion or something. This isn't still that Wonderland place, is it?! She doesn't feel like that... fairy groundskeeper or whatever she was supposed to be there anymore.

She rolls over to get up, but feels something weird, but oddly familiar. She's quickly distracted from that when she looks down from the cushion, though. It looks like the pattern on her bed's sheets, but much bigger!

... Uh-oh. Her wings give a little flutter as she starts to consider what that means.

Wait, wings?! Oh, crap!]

Okay, very funny! You can turn me back now!

[Her voice carries over the open journal, and goes almost-silent again for a moment while she uses all the practice she got with those wings in Wonderland to fly around and explore the room. It's definitely hers, and it's huge! She can't be bigger than her cell phone back home now! Actually, it's probably bigger than her.]

... And the door is closed?! Seriously?!

[Okay, she might be starting to panic a little bit here, but she tries to stay calm. She's been in worse situations before back home, all she has to do here is contact someone who can help.]

Hello? Can anyone hear me? This is Rise.

I'm kinda... stuck in my room right now. It's not urgent or anything, but could someone please come soon?

[People met in Wonderland]

Was I the only one acting weird in that mirror place?! And is everyone else back to normal?

[That other fairy girl]

Nora-san, was it?

Did you change back to normal today? ... Or were you always a fairy? I'm sorry, I'm still getting used to this magic castle thing.

[A slightly awkward pause.]

Anyway, can we talk?

[Rise flies closer to the door, involuntarily giggling at the boyfriend story. Okay, it's not really funny from her current perspective. But she's kind of jealous, still being single and all.

That jars something in her memory for a second. She is single, right? Yeah. There might have been someone she liked back home, but-

Before she knows it, the door is open, and her train of thought interrupted.]

Hey, that's a cool idea! I didn't know you could wish for stuff like that.

[Nora nods, grinning]

Yeah you can wish for all kindsa stuff for your room and shit. Like making it bigger or adding a kitchen or whatever. We don't have a kitchen in ours but I had to wish for it to get a little bigger when Mark moved in.

[She drifts further in, looking around.]

So you're stuck as a fairy, too, huh? Wonder why the castle's doing this.

[Rise shrugs.]

Maybe it's got some kind of perverted thing for tiny girls?

[Come to think of it, she takes another look at the other girl, letting herself hover at about the same level. Dammit, is Nora actually a little bit taller?!

Not that Rise's very tall normally, but is she seriously the smallest person in the castle right now?

Oh, whatever. She decides to pay attention to the wishing thing instead.]

Maybe I should wish for a smaller room.

... But I guess that would suck even more when this wears off, huh?

Oh man that's just wrong on so many levels.

[but she laughs. Oh she likes this girl.

She watches her curiously as she judges their height. Oh she's not going to think anything of it. Whatevs.

She IS going to look around her room, however.]

Yeah, I wouldn't go that far. You'd end up stuck when you got back to normal which would be even worse.

[She laughs along with Nora at her response, and then watches Nora exploring around a bit. Rise hadn't really changed much about her room but the colors yet. It's very pink. But not too pink. She's girly, not insane.]

So what have you been doing while you've been a fairy? I mean, stuff like where you sleep, and all.

[She'll need all the tips she can get if she's stuck like this for a while herself, after all.]

... Not that I have a boyfriend to worry about or anything.

[She gives Nora a little wink at that.]

[Dude if she wasn't teeny she'd be offering to help decorate like now. An undecorated room is a BORING room, GOD. She spins in the air, shrugging]

I have a shit ton of pillows in my room, I kind of converted one of them into a bed.

[she thinks for a moment before smiling] You can come stay with us if you want. So you're not stuck in this huge room all alone.

[Preachin' to the choir, sister! This is the kind of travesty that happens when you get turned into a fairy after only a couple of weeks in this place...

She's thinking really hard about that offer, too.]

Are you sure? He'd be okay with it and everything?

[Okay, so she's partially nervous about meeting more people while she's this tiny. On top of not wanting to invade their privacy. Just all kinds of uncertainty, even if having another girl her size around would help her feel a bit more normal.

But either way, they could still hang out. She tries to shake off her nerves with a smile.]

Really, I'd be fine here, now that I can get out!

{ooc: Feel free to talk her into it, lol. She's got other offers and things going on over the course of her loss, but these two should totally hang out some more too. :3}

Why not? It's not like he and I can do anything while I'm like this, anyway. It'd be better not to be alone in case you get stuck somewhere or something.

[She smiles] Besides, it'd be fun. Wouldn't you rather hang out with someone your own size?

[... the fact that she's tired of having to hang out with giant people all the time isn't part of the reason she's trying to convince her at aaaaaaall]

[Nora does have a good point there. Or three.

Really, she can't just leave the girl alone in the land of the giants. Because she's not too thrilled with the idea, either. Just having someone the same size to hang out with would make her feel a billion times more normal.

... She really doesn't seem to have any good reason to say no...]

Okay! Sure.

[She smiles brightly, taking a quick dive down and zipping up again behind Nora. All that practice in Wonderland is paying off already!

She gives Nora a playful poke and winks.]

Shall we?

[Hey, no reason their Wonderland selves should get all the fun out of this.]

[Nora cracks up, whirling around in the air to grin at her new friend.

Poking? Really? Hey she can get behind this, she has too many stuffy older friends as it is. She shoots her a mischievous look]

Think you can keep up?

[With a wink she zips off through the still open doorway]

Hey!

[Rise laughs and dashes off after her, her open room door forgotten. Not that she could have closed it by herself, anyway. It's almost like she and Nora weren't even acting different back in Wonderland...

If there's one thing that's great about being a fairy, it's that the hallways have lots of room to really fly through! It's fun, but Rise does try to follow Nora's every move so she doesn't get lost.]

[Nora keeps glancing back to make sure Rise's right behind her - she doesn't want to lose her after all. She leads her on a chase through the hallways, around people and through doorways before she's laughing so hard she starts to lose speed.

She eventually slows and stops, landing on a statue to laugh and catch her breath]

Okay as much as being tiny blows this is so much fun.

[Rise's pretty much constantly giggling the whole way, though not quite slowing down as much as Nora, so she catches up and manages a quick loop around the statue before landing to catch her breath too.

She may have pushed herself a little much, but it's just too much fun!]

I know! If we could have wings and be normal size, this would rock!

[Well, they wouldn't be able to weave through the hallways quite as easily. But there are other places to fly.

Back in the moment, she leans haphazardly against the statue, giving an overly dramatic sigh.]

How far is your room anyway?

[After her breath, her acting skills were the first to go...]
