❀ Episode 03 ❀ [Dictated / Action]
[Rise wakes up in what feels like familiar surroundings, but doesn't look quite right. It's like she's on a huge fluffy cushion or something. This isn't still that Wonderland place, is it?! She doesn't feel like that... fairy groundskeeper or whatever she was supposed to be there anymore.
She rolls over to get up, but feels something weird, but oddly familiar. She's quickly distracted from that when she looks down from the cushion, though. It looks like the pattern on her bed's sheets, but much bigger!
... Uh-oh. Her wings give a little flutter as she starts to consider what that means.
Wait, wings?! Oh, crap!]
Okay, very funny! You can turn me back now!
[Her voice carries over the open journal, and goes almost-silent again for a moment while she uses all the practice she got with those wings in Wonderland to fly around and explore the room. It's definitely hers, and it's huge! She can't be bigger than her cell phone back home now! Actually, it's probably bigger than her.]
... And the door is closed?! Seriously?!
[Okay, she might be starting to panic a little bit here, but she tries to stay calm. She's been in worse situations before back home, all she has to do here is contact someone who can help.]
{ooc: Filter time!}
[Friends filter]
Hello? Can anyone hear me? This is Rise.
I'm kinda... stuck in my room right now. It's not urgent or anything, but could someone please come soon?
[People met in Wonderland]
Was I the only one acting weird in that mirror place?! And is everyone else back to normal?
[That other fairy girl]
Nora-san, was it?
Did you change back to normal today? ... Or were you always a fairy? I'm sorry, I'm still getting used to this magic castle thing.
[A slightly awkward pause.]
Anyway, can we talk?

... Is that all?
[Her voice barely squeaks out. Wow. If she didn't feel safe with Kara before, she does now. As long as none of that backfires on her. But she's been very gentle so far... try as she might, Rise can't imagine Kara harming her even while she's this size.
Doesn't mean she's not nervous, though.]
Um, are we almost there?
[It really hasn't been very long, but she'd like to let go of Kara's hand for a while as soon as possible. Weird as it was to think about before, the pocket or pouch idea is sounding better and better as time goes on.]
no subject
[She opens her bedroom door and crouches down to let Rise go onto the table.]
Gimme a sec, I'll get that pouch.
no subject
Oh, wow! Is this your room?
[Seeing her own room from her new perspective was one thing, but a totally unfamiliar place was even more surreal! She wonders for a moment if she'll ever really get used to being this size. Or if she'd even want to.]

[Kara's room is pretty utilitarian; she's got lots of open space and minimal furniture, probably because she doesn't spend too much time here. There is, however, an easel set up for painting, and a sewing machine on the table, with fabric bunched around. There's a guitar left on the couch from where she was last fiddling with it.
Kara is quick to grab a gold pouch that matched her belt from the front closet, and then she pulls off her belt so she can attach the pouch properly.]
no subject
She doesn't comment on that, though. Because other things catch her attention first.]
You sew?! And paint?
What kind of things do you make?
no subject
no subject
Yeah, like stage costumes. You don't wanna just wear the same one all the time.
[As she watches Kara attaching the makeshift fairy pouch to her belt, an idea strikes.]
Hey, you think you can teach me? I mean, when I'm big enough again. If I could make my own costumes, maybe I could put on some shows!
no subject
[She finishes relooping her belt and buckles it firmly. There -- a little pouch for Rise to ride in, tall enough to be safe but not so tall that she cannot see over.]
And yeah, I guess I could. I've never taught before, though.
no subject
Then I guess we'd be learning together!
[She smiles at Kara before looping around the other girl's waist to inspect the pouch. She seems to like to take the long way and show off her flying skills lately.]
So I just, er...
[She tugs at the edge of the pouch, trying to see if she can slip herself inside without Kara's help.
What actually happens is she tumbles head over heels into it, and rustles around inside for a moment before righting herself and poking her head out.]
Um. Let's just pretend that didn't happen.
[She says it with a quiet laugh, though. Her ridiculous antics whenever she tries to do anything but fly around might be embarrassing, but it doesn't sting as much around Kara.]
no subject
I didn't see anything.
no subject
I made a very graceful landing.
Now, I'm pretty sure someone said something about breakfast?
[Just her way of letting Kara know she's ready to go.]
no subject
no subject
How does that work, anyway? Wishing, I mean. Is there like, a certain way you have to do it?
[Even though she's been here about as long as Kara has, it still seems that the other girl knows so much more about the place...]
no subject
As far as I've figured out, you just ask for it out loud! "Castle, can I have a new t-shirt" and all that. If you're asking scientifically... I haven't yet figured out how it pulls matter out of nowhere. Maybe some kind of matter displacer or something.
no subject
Oh, so you mean like, ask for a fairy-sized glass or silverware?
[That'll make a lot of things about being this small easier! Unless the castle decides to mess with her instead. Which, given her current situation, she's a little suspicious about.]
Does it really always give you what you ask for?
no subject
[She shrugs, though.]
I can't say I've tested it enough to be sure, but it apparently doesn't grant wishes for people.
no subject
[She wasn't even thinking about that before, but now she's thinking about all of her friends back home. Not that she'd want to drag them here or anything, no matter how much she misses them.]
But it doesn't ever like, give you the opposite of what you wish for, right? Or anything weird like that?
no subject

[Rise chuckles quietly.]
I keep forgetting you haven't been here long either. You already seem to know so much!
[Out of random curiosity, she takes a quick look around to see if she can figure out where they are from her... admittedly strange vantage point.]
But at least it doesn't happen a lot, if it even does.
[She's just extra suspicious because she woke up tiny this morning, that's all.]
no subject
[They're on their way down to the kitchen, of course!]
I don't know how it'd be useful for the castle.
no subject
Heh. I guess I just haven't figured out some of the "rules" yet.
[She makes a mental note to look back through the journal for more information later. Maybe. As long as it's not too complicated or boring.]

[Yes, she went for the cheesy friends speech again. It just felt right, but she laughs a bit at herself for actually saying it. Even if it is true.]
... Never would've thought I'd be asking someone to carry me in a pouch, but I guess weirder things happen around here all the time?
[Like Wonderland, for instance.]
