[morning dawns just like any other morning, really - Barney cracks an eye open when his alarm goes off, then reaches out and mashes the snooze button. the WildKat can open a good ten minutes late, or he can speed-shower like an old pro - either way, no one's really going to care if he dozes for a little while longer. he buries his face in his pillow and mutters, flopping his arm out to the side --


-- and it connects with something. someONE. he lifts his head and raises an eyebrow. yes, there is definitely a girl asleep in his bed.

he sits up and scrubs a hand over his face, thinking. he doesn't FEEL hung over. and she IS pretty hot. there's no way he'd tap that and not remember. and this IS his bed ...

oh well. better get up and get in the shower before she wakes up and tries to be all clingy. that is just the WORST. he swings his legs over the side and gets to his feet, smoothing out his suit pajamas. he turns around and takes one last look at his catch, lifting up the blankets.

wait.

she's still dressed. in a t-shirt and shorts. that are NOT his. ... his eyes narrow in suspicion. HOW is there a girl in his bed who ISN'T NAKED--?!]

[he disappears into the bathroom to Suit Up. his room is - well, underneath all the decorations, it's actually pretty swank. the bedroom proper is simple - the bed's large enough for two, but the blankets are only big enough for one. the wardrobe and desk are made out of dark, well-polished walnut, and other than that, there's not a lot to the room. it's pretty clear this is just a room for sleeping. if she ventures out into the living room area, there are old vintage posters of stage magicians framed on the wall, a nicely backlit bookcase full of action DVDs, an impressively stocked minibar, and --

well, the TV against the living room wall is a HUGE flatscreen that takes up a good part of the wall. and there's a Wii, XBox, and PS3 all nestled in an entertainment center]

[She snoops all around, really! A quick turn through the bedroom to really look at it, and then to the front room to check out the surrounds.

... Huh, what are these box things? She doesn't know and she doesn't care to find out. She tries the door handle again instead and then stands back to try and kick out the bolt. That's probably what Barney will emerge to find her doing.]

Whoa, whoa, hey! [he comes out and waves his hands at her as he sees her trying to dismantle his door]

As for how long? I dunno, couple days, maybe? That's how long I had to be roommates with Yue when that whole thing happened. Were you here for that? When everyone had like, these dorm room challenge things?
