You know, I never thought it would be this easy to find Seamstresses in this world. Guess I was wrong. Seems it's forever the most common profession if people want it to be or not. Nice to know some things are the same here as they are back home.

In that, Maladict you were rather wrong. And if somehow tailor is used for the, male counterpart of seamstress, I warn you now that it is more similar to my worlds version of that word than yours, at least to the majority at large.

Well, that's just silly. And we have tailors in my world. They do sewing and suchlike.

You know, there really needs to be some sort of Earth-to-Discworld dictionary to stop these kinds of mix-ups from happening.

Apparently not. People from my world are a little thin on the ground to come here. I've only ever seen one other, and I've been here for over a year and a half now.

I don't know, it's just the word they use. Maybe it gives them a bit of class.

In regards to Maladict? Nothing more than she is as blind to certain Earth things as we are to her worlds customs. [And is a troll but how do you say that?] She is, also, a particular fan of coffee if you would, like to, get to know her on her terms. [There's a certain dislike in his voice there that he doesn't approve really.]

There are those here who, are easier to, grasp certain things. Or rather, are more open to such chances to learn. [Galadriel, the Doctor, a few others.] And I think she would thank you for the act. She's a bit, rough, you could say, a little difficult to get to know.
