Well that's because someone woke up with a green fishtail while in the pool. Currently he's just hanging on the edge and talking into the journal. After the initial shock wore off, he is now just griping]

A friend of mine actually has a mermaid in residence back home. And of course there are a number of other myths and beings that inspired them, it depends entirely upon what type of fish-like person you are speaking of. Which begs the question, can you be more specific?

She stopped by her old room for a moment, but quickly discovered that no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't change out of these strange new clothes :< So, even though she has a hunch it might not work, she wished up a shirt for Adachi to try (he seemed really embarrassed after all) and is heading back to the pool!

Then, when she gets inside... SHE KNOWS THAT VOICE, cue: surprise!]

[He meanwhile was taking a moment to mull over the lovely information he's gathered about mermaid stories during this post while hanging on the edge of the pool. Grim stuff really. But when he hears that familiar voice, he instantly perks up and looks up at her]
