[ GLaDOS is still not very used to eating. Thankfully, her human body is helping with most of the natural processes, but actually taking a bite out of something edible and chewing it was extremely odd.

So, have the former AI leaning against the counter for support as she takes a bite out of an apple that was in the fridge. Her yellow eyes are constantly scanning the room, and as much as she hates to admit it, being out of her room makes her a bit nervous. She's been so used to just staying in the same place for her entire life, that being a defenseless human able to wander around frightened her more than pleased her. The only upside was that becoming allies with humans would probably be easier if she looked like one, too. ]

[ But noticing him cooking those eggs kind of makes her shudder. She has nothing against eggs, oh no... but the fact that maybe the bird who laid them would come after her in revenge did. Although it was also tempting to get revenge by eating a bird's children. ]

... Alright. [ Besides, that apple didn't really fill her up. She still was rather hungry, and the human likely knew more about food than she did. ]

I suppose I'm human now, because of this place, but I used to be an AI. [ she sounds more than a little peeved about her loss. ]

[ Instant scowl. Okay, now she completely understands why he was scowling. ]

Anyone would hate AI after meeting that moron.

[ GLaDOS is not sure about the 'racist' comment, but she lets it go. ]

Well, at least you weren't ripped out of your body and transferred into a potato. [ Her tone was calm, but bordering on the edge of rage. Every time she thought of the moron, she thought of those things that he had done and now that she was human, it made her blood boil. ] There's a number of other things, but that was the most hindering one.

[He gives her a quizzical look. Oh do tell more.]

Yes. And it was impossible to even think deeply without frying that potato.

[ It's clear she's still touchy about this. She had only just won back her original body when she was sent here, but then... ]

He's done a number of other things. Taking over my facility. Trying to kill me a number of times. Oh, and how could I forget? He was letting the place destroy itself. [ Her voice is some sort of murderous sweetness by now. ]

[Phoenix points as he shouts this because that's how Phoenix rolls and nearly drops his spatula in the process.]

Listen, he's been giving me weird vibes ever since I first met him!

[ The sudden exclamation sort of startles her, but in a good way. She nods and can't help but smile a little, but only for a second. Maybe she could get him on her side! ]

I'm glad you think so, because he's quite the villain. He's also the biggest moron who ever lived, but that's just an extra detail.

But anyway. He knows I'm here, and is quite intent on killing me. [ She says this pretty calmly, because she knows she's mostly safe even if he is after her - after all, he wasn't able to control any moving panels or anything in this place, like he was when he was attached to her body. ]

Deep breath, Phoenix... best to get all the info before worrying about it, right...?]

[ She also wanted to kill him, but that was a little detail she could conveniently hide. ]

He doesn't like me and wanted to take control of my facility, back in our world. Now that I'm here, he likely wants to silence me. [ Again, she was leaving out the fact that she wasn't in the right either. ]

[Phoenix knows better than to make assumptions without all the pieces of the puzzle in place, but he already doesn't like Wheatley. Still, there's one detail in that statement that he wants more information on.]

To be honest, I'm not quite sure. [ Her voice does truly sound concerned. She's pretty good at playing the victim. ] I was running my facility just fine until he showed up. And ruined everything.

Maybe he didn't like the way I was testing. But then again, he's selfish - taking over my facility just to test his way...

I see... and what kind of "facility" was it, exactly?

[He doesn't even realize he's dissolved into cross-examination mode.]

It's all about Science. I oversee the testing.

[ She's not one to ramble, and the questions are making her wonder if this human really is on her side or not. ]

[ That definitely made sense, considering he was created in a facility where science took priority over all other matters. ]

Let me assure you, however, that he is terrible at it. He can't even control the basic functions of the facility to stop it from exploding.

[None of this information is doing much for Phoenix's opinion of Wheatley. If only he knew the truth about GLaDOS too.]

Not quite, but the place was falling apart by the time I regained control. It was horrible.

And I couldn't even fix it before I arrived here. [ She's actually kind of worried about that, now that she thinks about it. Hopefully, she could get back soon. ]

[ To be honest, GLaDOS was a bit impressed by his observational skills compared to the other humans. Even the mute lunatic she was testing didn't catch on... She bit back from saying anything that could possibly offend his kind, however. She needed as many allies as she could get. ]
