[and then she'll turn to Once-ler]

"Genin" is the lowest rank of ninja. To leave the village you'd need to be accompanied by someone who's a chuunin or a jounin, the ranks above that.

[He'll cast Zelos a judgemental look, shaking his head slowly, before turning back to Ino]

Okay, so what exactly is uh...out there that's so dangerous?

[a big shrug with his hands out]

There's shorts underneath. I've been out in less, but thanks Ino.

[Though he'll turn to listen to Ino's answer to Once's question]

[LMAO onceler ...] It's not even a skirt, anyways, it's more like a loin cloth.

And what's out there is mostly ninja from other countries, not all of which are our allies. [but she looks a little miffed, now, recalling the conversation from the night before] I don't get what the big deal is. Aren't you required to have some kind of pass or papers to travel where you come from?

...That doesn't make it any better, Ino. I was happier pretending it was a skirt.

[He shakes his head] No, we can travel wherever we want to. [Oh, the places you will go and all that jazz]

Would it make you two feel better if I just took the whole thing off right now?

We got some stuff like this back home. So we just stay in the village for the week, no big. You didn't get hit by wanderlust or something did you, Once-ler?

[thoughtfully] I'm not sure if that would drive away business or bring more in.

[to Once-ler:] Where are you staying, anyways?

Yeah, Zelos, because that's what everyone wants right now. For you to be wearing even less clothing.

[He juts his thumb back out] Some... apartment? I think that's what it is, anyway.

[wilder]

[a shrug] Only one way to find out.

[And he'll start removing his vest thing and uh, fishnet shirt. Y e p. ]

[and ... ino just laughs. ONCE-LER YOU HAVE THE WORST FRIENDS]

[Martel is walking past outside, and sees the three of them. She almost waves and goes in, until Zelos starts taking off his clothes. She stares for a few moments, because she can almost not believe what she is seeing, but no. No she actually can believe she is seeing this.

She swiftly turns and walks back the way she came. She can say hello to them later, when she isn't in danger of seeing Zelos naked. Granny doesn't want that image printed on her retinas for the rest of time.]

[The Once-ler sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose]

Okay, I'm having one of those moments where you have to explain to me why I willingly spend time with you people again.

[wilder]

[Whose to say if Zelos noticed Martel's approach, he's too busy stripping. He dumps the shirt and vest onto a stool and proceeds to take off his scarf and gloves next]

Because where else can you find such amazing, intelligent and beautiful people like us?

Exactly! We're too awesome not to hang out with!

You're going go give yourself pneumonia. And I will laugh.

[Then, pointedly ignoring Zelos and his stripping] SO! Ino. What is there to see in your village?

Please, it's not cold enough for that.

[But hey good question, he'll listen as he...well takes off his boots and starts pulling off the leg fishnets]

[He'll continue to ignore Zelos. Maybe eventually he'll get bored and stop]

[tbh, she's ... kind of surprised he didn't take off the shorts, too. but she'll move from behind the counter, pulling some keys from her pocket. she looks .... excited?? it's so great to have all the people she loves in konoha ;;]

Alright, let's go, then. We can stop at the clothing store down the street first.

[Just turning to give Zelos a look] ...Explain to me how you haven't got arrested yet? And you can't use 'my charm' as an answer.

You can't get arrested for walking around in short shorts, Once-ler. [GOSH. DUH. she'll gesture for them to follow her out of the store so she can lock the door behind them. look at all those ladies on the street passing by and staring ...]

Well, I don't usually shop there because it's a guy's clothing store, but they have good stuff.
