[He laughed a bit, raising an eyebrow.]

[Hank gets up out of his seat.]

[He laughs. They really were getting along too...]

[He makes his way towards the exit.]

[He follows after him, hunched over slightly.]

[He motions to his body, up and down, with his hands.]

I suppose it's that 'intimidation factor' I told you about. Ehe.
Wish I had that, if I'm honest. You may be surprised to hear that not very many people actually take me seriously.

[Shocker.]

Stuttering when talking to someone certainly doesn't help.

Wh-what?

[He slows down a bit, but not too much that it's noticeable. He's staring at him with a slight confusion.

He seemed to not even notice he just did it.]

[He just keeps walking.]

Stuttering. You tend to stutter when you speak.

[And so he speeds up!]

Oh.. I-I uh...

[He seems actively aware of it now, and lets out a bit of a frustrated sound when he finds himself unable to actually stop stuttering.]

Well... right. That is true. Very true... thoughhhh... I-I mean I don't think it's something I can control. It's a bit hard to get my thought in. Think it's in my programming.

It's worse when you seem nervous.

[And he pauses, instead of repeating his last syllable, he forces himself to continue the word]

[He pauses a bit, taking a deep breath when they finally make it outside.]

Maybe it's a little glitch. Maybe. Never know.

Say... I've been meaning to ask you a question! Almost forgot about it. Almost did.

We call that a speech impediment.

I do not have a speech impediment!
I'm... I'm a feat of science. A fruit of modern scientific revelation. Practically a prodigy-. I... I don't have that. It's probably something else.

Oh, well, in that case you're screwed. At least a speech impediment can be managed. Stuttering for no reason? No way to fix that.

[Hank stops when he mentions the PRF.]

[Oh my god Hank stop it you're scaring him. He looks like a little kid who was just told a ghost story.]

[He clears his throat, trying to regain some sort of composure.]

I guess I just don't understand it. What it's for I mean.
Or-order is great! Really. You can organize things and have everything all arranged up in a little hypothetical box.

Problem is I'm kind of not really trusted around here.
Didn't do anything to bring it on. Lot of people don't have a reason to even be suspicious of me. Didn't do anything. I just- maybe because of the science?
Or the Artificial Intelligence?

[He scratches his head nervously.]

No... I um- n-nevermind. Pretend I didn't say that.

[He huffs in annoyance.]

When you get back to the castle go to the library, or... wish up a self-help book. Or something.

[Hank looks at him, scrutinizing a little.]

Order and progress, Wheatley. It's just that simple. I want to change things around here. Bring back more from the Dead Zone than just overgrown chickens.

If they don't trust us now, then we'll make them.

[He stops at that last part.]

[He narrows his eyes at him slightly with that comment, but his expression transitions to a neutral one when he starts talking about making them trust.

Hank, did you see that sigh of relief? You've got yourself someone who possibly sees eye to eye with you. When he asks about the AI, he falls into a more hushed voice.]

If... I tell you you can't tell anyone. Not even her.

[He said 'her' nervously. As if she were right behind them.]
