[Daytime was when GlaDOS and Wheatley finally came around, rowing to shore and crawling off of the boat that they had left themselves to float in through the night. Drowsily, Wheatley would help his spouse up and out, the two of them looking like a proper trainwreck...

And wheatley having some rather apparent and smeared black lipstick dappled all over his face...

[It's easy to forget about, since it's a bit offset from the resort proper... however! The town still exists, and on some days, things even happen there. It might make a nice respite from lounging around getting in touch with nature via the lake, and the leeches, and the ticks at the resort

[ Good morning, Blind Buffalo Lake! It's around 9AM and SUDDENLY there are a few toots of a horn. More near the Stark 'cabin' more than anything.. but around that area there's a large, blue stretch Hummer. The side door opens to reveal a small girl in a full blown suit, pressed and errthing. Stepping out, Erika stretches a bit before setting a hand on her hip. ]

Papa! Everyooone! Paris' up-and-coming, adorable genius designer has arrived!

[ She stops yelling for a second to look around. Sliding her glasses down, she stares at you. YES, you! Well, she's more looking at... your figure than anything. ]

Excuse me! But you're my family, right? I want you to help me with something! Pleaaase?

[The prominent feature of this small resort town is the fact that nature is everywhere. With the lake and surrounding forestry you can't avoid feeling like the whole place has just leaked outdoorsy everywhere.

Today, Faith is at her job. The entire town has been flooded with this family reunion and she's been called in for a late night lake tour. She's spent the last four hours setting up the lanterns, so she's pretty sure that she's ready to take this group out and get them set for the walk.

It's one of the highlights of the lake and Faith is just glad for the extra hours.]

I just need everyone to be single file.... well, as close to single file as possible. We've all got our glowsticks and lucky for us, we are insect light tonight. When everyone's ready, we'll head out!

[What do teenage brothers do at family reunions?  They take the first opportunity to disappear from wholesome family bonding and watch terrible movies.  Which explains why the snarky trio of Danny, Peter and Stiles are currently sitting in an empty cabin with popcorn in hand as the opening credits of the first entry in their monster movie marathon is projected onto the wall.]

This better not be as lame as the last movie you picked out. I mean, attack of the killer asparagus? Talk about boring

In my defense, I already knew that one was horrible. The only thing it's good for is tearing it down.  At least this one has werewolves, aliens and ghosts! At least one of the three has to inflict actual havoc. Not that werewolves are supposed to.

And here we end the oncoming werewolf rant before it even starts! Oh look, title sequence, you know what we should do? We should completely avoid the hour long argument that's about to start and watch the title sequence instead.
