[Now that that's over with she looks up and realizes that... her room isn't how she remembered it. And the clothes hanging on the closet are certainly not hers. Well... at least not ones she would have voluntarily chosen for herself.]

I was so caught up in making sweets for Halloween that the holiday passed without me realizing it, and I just finished the last of everything last night! I meant to deliver them to folks today, but obviously THAT plan has been shot down.
[Mutters as the journal closes,] How inconsiderate! Why am I even surprised...
[Ooh, that came off as very irritated.]
I was so caught up in making sweets for Halloween that the holiday passed without me realizing it, and I just finished the last of everything last night! I meant to deliver them to folks today, but obviously THAT plan has been shot down.
[Mutters as the journal closes,] How inconsiderate! Why am I even surprised...
wheatdos[While some of the residents may be exploring, it'd be hard to miss two familiar faces having a go at the finer things in Ninja life: a good old spar. Wheatley and GLaDOS, were outside, sparring in a clearing of grass not far off of the street (probably not where they were supposed to be). It'd be hard to get a hold on them though, because it's obvious by the amount of concentration that they weren't paying anyone any mind.
And the moron of the two was getting his ass handed to him.
Hard.
He'd be skidding backwards in this moment in time, finding himself completely airborne as he soared into some bushes. Despite being in between the collision to the ground, the foliage did little to soften his fall, being a devilish accomplice to GLaDOS's plate of butt kick. He clambered and jerked around, trying to free himself from the snagging branches which caught on his clothes...
But instead, he flailed about, looking even more ridiculous...]

[Don't think that was all the fight he had in him though!
Despite being terrible at this, he was a determined one, and didn't know how to preserve his dignity and walk away. He also had a tremendous amount of stamina and a few more tricks up his sleeve...]

Seriously, what is this place? It looks like a bad set from one of those old holo-movies except bits of it don't fall over when you push at them. Seriously, I'm expecting someone in a cape and tights to direct me to save the princess.
So, uh, this is Wash, if anybody out there knows me. Which would be really nice right now, because either I'm somewhere very different or Jayne put something funny in the coffee again.
I'd also like some directions, because I really should have taken the left turn at Albe-whatever it is they always say.
See, Zoe would know what to do here right about now. Oh, cool, never written her name down before. Even that looks sexy. Zoe Zoe Zoe ZoeZoeZoeZoe.

luthored[ Lana is outside the fence surrounding the 'Forest of Death' while waiting for Arthur, because apparently all this fishnet has offended his delicate sensibilities, and Lana just doesn't care enough to go clothes shopping! She's already looked around town (it doesn't take long for her), so now she's just seeing if anything amazing happened on the journal and keeping an ear out for any danger. She's tempted to just break into the training grounds, but she might get lectured for that.
