first vworp
[a great wind kicks up in the lobby this morning, stirring the curtains and any of the dirt tracked in by daily traffic. there's a familiar whooshing, vworping sound, and the TARDIS materializes squarely in the center of the lobby, just as though someone MEANT to land it there, with a dull, echoing thud.
the door creaks open, and Five strides out, far too occupied in the business of talking over his shoulder and unrolling his hat to notice where he is]
-- and furthermore, Peri, you shouldn't wander off. I know that Sarn was a completely unique situation, but you were supposed to be resting, and I --
[he stops, and looks around finally]
Oh, dear. Best stay in for now, Peri, until I find out where we've --
[he pokes his head back into the TARDIS, a bit surprised at the lack of whinging coming from within] Peri?
[with a great heave of a sigh, he closes the TARDIS door and leans on the exterior] ... It's always the new ones, isn't it.

Lakare? Are you quite well?

Oh! I'm sorry, you must have me mistaken for someone else. [he'll smile and hold out a hand] I'm the Doctor.
1/2- with accidentally ironic keywords
[She doesn't take his hand. Not at first. Instead she just looks at him, some unreadable expression on her face.
He doesn't know who she is. Whether it's a loss or whether he's come and gone without her noticing (had she really been so neglectful?) it burns. He's perhaps the person here she trusts most completely. Who knows her best. In a way, he has been her rock because even ancient elves need something constant, though if she would never admit it.]

So she'll force a small smile and take his hand. Funny. At their last introduction, she was so very unaccustomed to handshakes.]
Forgive me. I am Galadriel. [And she'll spare him the list of titles she regaled him with last meeting too.]
To explain as simply and quickly as I may, you have been here before, though you seem not to recall. I consider you a dear friend and I hope you had considered me the same.

I'm Hermione Granger. I'm speaking to you by means of the journal that should be somewhere on your person. I have a journal of my own and the two communicate with each other, sort of like a telephone slash social network.

You're not Peri. Still American, but decidedly not Peri. Where are you? And for that matter, where am I, and where's she gone?

-- morning.
[the smile only falters the slightest bit, barely noticeable, and then he's moving toward her] I must say, I like your idea of a breakfast.
