[It's a beautiful morning, shaping up to be a hot and humid day, as so many summer days at the Blind Buffalo Resort are. The piles and piles of people arriving in their cars to check in at the modest front office make it a noisy morning too, full of chatter and greetings from those who have long been apart. There isn't enough room in the office for everyone, so there's spillover of the crowd to outside, and a noise crowd jammed inside the room.

[Whoa, hey, yeah that helps. Breathing is good. Breathing AIR that is. She takes a few breaths and nods]

Yeah. Yeah I'm okay.

[Steve smiles, clearly relieved.] I'll try to keep the questions to a minimum. Do you mind doing a couple of kicks for me while I've got you here?
