DAY ONE OPEN POST

How about you spend some time looking around?]
[ ACADEMY | 44TH TRAINING GROUND | HOKAGE MONUMENT | ICHIRAKU RAMEN | KONOHA HOT SPRINGS | YAMANAKA FLOWER SHOP
For more information on the village and its locations, check out Narutopedia, or feel free to PM/IM (terraqueous orb)/Plurk (chomesuke) me for questions! There will be no plot NPCs in this post (other than Ino, I guess, but she's not really an NPC), but feel free to NPC any town people you want/need, civilian or ninja. ]

[He grins, laughing and nodding.]
Right right...
[Though he stops laughing rather quickly...]
W-wait, you're joking right?

If-if you can fly, why-why don't we try to figure this all out.
Eh? Why don't you take a look over the wall? It'd be easy. No one'd be able to reach you, and-and I'd cover you. Easy enough.

...
...
Wh-what exactly.... can't you do?
no subject
[Great, now he's in a bad mood.]
no subject
..W-well...
Maybe it's in your programming izzal.
Did you ever ask anyone to take a look at you?
Love could give you a look. She's fixed me a few times. Good with things like this.
[He smiled, not because he was amused, but simply because that's who he was. His slower tone showed that he was wary.]
She's supposed to live forever too.
And I think-- I think she might make me do that too. Live forever. After we um, get out of here.
...B-but the point is...
M-maybe she can... uh, d-do something. Maybe.
Not kill you obviously... b-but make it, less forever...
W-worth a shot?
[Maybe he can ask for some x-ray vision as well...]

I'm not a robot, Wheatley, you can't just reprogram me. My mind is energy, unbound from a true physical form.
[Although, he'd thought about that in the past. What better way to be rid of, well, himself than to wipe away his own memory?]
no subject
[He frowned a bit to form a neutral expression.
He sort of wanted to tell Hank that GLaDOS had experienced the same fate he had... and even if she couldn't fix it, per se... she was smart with things like these. But he had a feeling that he probably was talking too much.]
Just talk to her.
Or-or even better, let me talk to her... wh-when this castle decides it wants to send us back and everything is alright.
Eh? What do you think?
no subject
[It'll be educational.]
no subject
I'll definitely do that. Definitely.
[He legitimately considers Hank a friend, of sorts. Just being partially mechanical almost made him easier to talk to, even if he was serious and weird and really grouchy and didn't laugh at his jokes...]
In...in the meantime, I really want to see what's out there.
And maybe see you fly a bit. If-if you don't mind that last part. You could keep it to yourself, too. Not pushing it or anything.
[Well there goes that reading session.]
I-I mean... If we go really high, it's technically not breaking any rules.
[Except it probably is.]
no subject
...Hm.
They must keep their cities and villages spread far apart. I see nothing but the wild.
no subject
Adjusting his glasses, he blinks, turning to look at the wall.
Oh right. He has x-ray vision. Don't mind Wheatley as he's awkwardly just sitting there, flipping through the history books to see if there's anything.]
A-are you sure? Nothing else?
no subject
Nothing. Paradisa may not want us to know what's out there...
no subject
Almost makes me want to know what's out there more.
Terrible thing it is. Curiosity.

[He laughs a little... it's not a very funny idea, but he's still slightly amused. Slightly. It sounded a bit nervous.]

Yo-you're joking right...

They'd never see it coming.
[He grins.]

[He leans in. He's waiting for you to say you're in.]
no subject
I suggest tossing. It's fastest.
