[Expedition expedition expedition expedition eeeeeee

There are very few things that can get Aradia out of her cocoon before noon, and this is one of them. Having done this all before, she's been packed and ready to go for a while, and even broke out her tried and true expedition outfit for the occasion. So yeah, she'll just be going around those assembled to say hi and see if they need anything. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE, YOU WILL BE PESTERED.]

[Guess who's decided to grace the expedition with his presence again? Congratulations, travelers, you get to deal with this asshole for two weeks.

Except right now he seems distracted, crouched and fiddling with the collar of his now fairly large bloodhound. Gladstone seems excited by all the people milling around, but he's being a good dog and staying still, save for some snuffling and head swiveling.

They're a certain kind of pair, at least.]

[Allen can be found out in the lobby, sitting on the edge of one of the couches as he goes through his bag double checking that he has everything- as well as eating some snacks as a last minute treat. Timcanpy is sitting on his head, watching all the activity go on around him. ]

[David has a small collection of small books under one arm as he walks down the stairs into the lobby, backpack on one shoulder. He sets the pack down and works on inserting the books into wherever free space he can get.

He ends up keeping one out, not having enough room, tucking it under his shoulder as he hefts the backpack back up.]

[Giotto is standing in the lobby with his pack over his shoulder. He is completely ready to go on a trip for two weeks. It finally felt like he was doing something productive, especially after the Samkranti fiasco.

But he's currently peeking around for people he knows, and a certain grandson of his.]

[Food? Check. Sleeping bag? Check. Journal? Double-check. Utena also made sure that her new pencils were there, too - she's no artist, and she's certainly no scholar, but she did promise to make notes on the expedition. Besides, this was definitely something she wanted to remember. After all, how often does somebody get to go on an adventure like this? And besides, after Samkranti, well... she definitely needs something else to take her attention.

Pleased with herself, Utena admires her handiwork for a moment before adjusting her clothes. Her shorts and sneakers have been replaced with some sturdy pants and boots - all the better to adventure in - and her hair's tied up in a tight ponytail. Ready to go, she hoists her backback over her shoulder, and-

...and sways to the side, before straightening up with a grunt. Geeze, she almost forgot how heavy this thing was! It's nothing she can't handle, but... well, it's going to be a long trip at this rate.]

[Felix is standing around near his bags, dressed in what might be passed for a practical version of his usual attire, which is mostly tall riding boots, queued hair, and more muted colors. His attention is more on the writing notebook in his hands, in which he's pouring over lists. Every so often he'll stop and flag down a new face and approach, his mood a bit more officious and terse than normal, but maybe that's just because it's early.]

If you're going, give me your name here. Don't want to leave anyone out there by accident, now do we?

[Okay, looks like Colette is all ready to go! She's checking over her supplies. One backpack, one small sack with food for the journey. And a...... box?

That's actually a pretty big box. About half as big as her. Of course, for anyone who knows about Colette and her strength, they'll know that such a box is no problem for her. But still, it's awfully strange that it exists at all.

[Jennifer is busy checking her medical kit and other supplies before heading out. Thankfully, after the whole thing on New Athos where she and Teyla were stranded, Jennifer had taken the initiative to learn a thing or two about wilderness expeditions, including how much- or how little- to pack.

She could get used to this roughing it thing.]

[Adachi's never been on an expedition before, and if you had asked him two years ago if he ever thought he was going to he would have said "heck no". But it'd been a long time since he'd last been to the dead zone and he missed the reprieve from having no powers (and thus no headaches) and well... he'd been here two years. It couldn't hurt to try going on one expedition, right?

So here he was in the lobby, dressed in one of his hoodies and other casual clothes (his field boots were back though instead of the sneakers he usually wore nowadays when not in his suit), looking over his pack again. He... hasn't really bothered consulting anyone about what's important to bring though... hopefully he's got his priorities straight?]

[ Make sure you get in a good, delicious meal before you head out! Also, you should probably make sure nobody blows up the microwave and hurts themselves on the way out. ]

[York is in the kitchen with his Tamagotchi at his side, packing a large saddlebag full of canned food and what looks like...bacon? Hey, don't knock it; he had bacon all the time back in the Wild West and there were no refrigerators there. Also, bacon.

In preparation for the trip he is out of his armor, so anyone who knows him as he usually looks may not recognize him.]

[ He's less packing and more just rooting through the kitchen, shoving everything he can into his mouth as he goes. He's about to have a long spell of not being able to appreciate, or honestly digest a lot of foods he generally enjoys so he might as well take his fill while he's got the chance. ]

[The Once-ler's wagon is parked out here, all the stuff inside and ready to go. The Once-ler himself is tending to Melvin at the front of the wagon. At least he's willingly coming out this time and not handcuffed to his own invention or anything. He seems to be content in focusing on his work, which means he should clearly be bothered.

That wagon is also the perfect place for stowaways...]

[Danny had learned a few things after his first expedition. Like the fact that having supplies was helpful. So this time he has a full backpack stuffed with everything he could think of.

And the Fenton Thermos hanging on his belt.

He heads outside to wait for everyone else to finish getting ready and finds a nice spot by the wall to stand.

[There's only one thing that stands out more than a dumb kid in red, and that's a gigantic bunny-eared green wolf thing. There are a bunch of supplies tied onto Noishe's back. There is also a Lloyd, who has dozed off with his face planted in Noishe's fur in the midst of all the excitement.

Looks like someone was too excited to sleep.]

[James stands off to the side, dressed far more casually than usual. He doesn't look especially interested with making smalltalk with anyone as he slings his pack and leather jacket over one shoulder]

[Jane is not only ready for this expedition, she is ecstatic to be out of this blasted castle for a nice, long time. She's got a full backpack, the Bowlbuster set to forkkind hanging from her utility belt, and is hefting a rather large fork in her hands.]

Hm...should I really keep this thing out? Don't know if I'll need it...

He's got a pretty full pack, and is looking a bit out of breath. Still, he's used to humping stuff.]

[Sheena's currently preparing Onyx and loading the supplies she brought into the horse's packs. She had stayed away from canned goods and focused on rice, and some dried items perfect for travel.

That, however, didn't mean she didn't bring along those items she had found in plastic containers--like supposedly fresh fruit. Hey, it's not a can. It doesn't count.]

Been a while, hasn't it, girl? You ready to go?

[Mitsuru had sheathes her sidesword as she got outside. She makes sure she has everything, from her parrying dagger, Coly Python revolver, and her luggage. She may be rich, but she's smart enough to only carry what she needs.

She's wearing more casual, outdoor-sy look with a weapon holsters, a designer leather jacket, cargo pants and hiking boots, without high heels for once. She looks at her watch before scanning the crowd of people to see a familiar face]
