He wears this awful purple getup with this...thing...well, it's a codpiece, but he just WEARS it all the time, and this funny cone hat.
He's got curved horns and three scratches on his face that you can still make out through all his greasy facepaint.
Why if I didn't know better, I would assume he was some sort of demented clown!
